- Quotes are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
- Final pricing is subject to a physical site inspection and measurement by our technical team.
- Any changes to the scope of work or material specifications will result in an updated quote.
3. Payments and Billing
Clients agree to the payment terms specified on the invoice or quotation provided. Standard terms include:
- A deposit may be required before materials are ordered and work commences.
- The remaining balance is strictly due upon the successful completion of the installation or repair.

4. Customer Obligations

- Secure any pets and clear fragile items or furniture near the installation zone.

5. Warranties and Liability

- Our glazing installations conform to Australian Standards (AS 1288).
- Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer material defects and structural workmanship issues under normal wear and tear.
- One Stop Glazing & Aluminium is not liable for damage resulting from customer negligence, structural movements of the building, or force majeure events.
